Hi is it possible to limit the movement of the cubes only in one direction? If yes how ? This would solve the problems intersecting between cubes

You can uncheck the box “align clone” and/or “fix clone” in the cloner object. I don’t recall which it is at the moment but one of the two should fix your problem. Valid point with the intersecting :)
